absolute thermal conductivity [K/W]

on 2D model, i would like to evaluate absolute thermal conductivity [K/W] of an air gap. model is attached. the idea is to give a heat source through the air gap, and 'measure' the temperature difference.
abs. thermal conduchtivity = delta-Temperatur[K] / heat source [W]
So on lower boundary (4) is "boundary heat source 1" applied and uppest boundary at 20°C cooled. heat source 100 W and thicknes 0.01[m]. the average temperatur on lower boundary of air gap evaluate using aveop1 and upper boundary of air gap used aveop2 and aveop3.
To have the heat source i need (intop1(ht.Qbtot)*0.01[m]). the Qbtot are integrated through the boundary length and multiplied with thicknes 0.01[m].
i still doubt it and really need input whether it's right or wrong.
