Heat distribution in a silocon beam due to LASER source of light

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello everyone,

I want to observe the heat distribution in a silicon beam when the LASER light is impinged perpendicularly to the surface of the rectangular beam. Can anybody help me in this simulation? I am able to find a pint source but not laser source. How one can have a custom source of light intensity in COMSOL? I would also like somebody to check my results also. Thanks for reading my message. Hopping for a hepl.

Sincerely
Dipen
