modifying model variable after each time step

I have a coupled system of PDEs.
I want to modify the variables after each time step where it is calculated.
In fact any time that comsol computes the variable I want to ask it to enforce some condition to the variable. In particular fit it to be always between 0 and 1. If the obtained value is less than 0 then it considers 0 and for more than 1 considers 1.
Do you have any idea how to do this?
