Eigenfrequency Problem

I'd like to know if there's a way to find the highest, maximum , eigerfrequency of a structure using COMSOL.

there is no such thing as a highest eigenfrequency in a mechanical structure, or even any structure that has eigenmodes. The high frequency modes may suffer from strong damping and you must define your criterion for the quality factor of the mode according to your model.

However, there is a lowest eigenfrequency and COMSOL can find it in a eigenmode study.

As Edgar pointed out there is no such thing. There is a highest natural frequency for a specific finite element mesh but I doubt that would be useful to you. Such a frequency can be used to determine the maximum stable time step in an explicit analysis.
