I'm using two physics piezoelectric devices and electrical circuit. The voltage produced by pizoelectric cantilever is used as the voltage source to the circuit which has a resistor. how to measure power.

Hi

have you tried to multiply current and voltage (taken into account that these might be complex to count for some dephasing. If its over a time periode you need to use postprocessing time integration operators (check the doc) or add some variable to your simulation that integrates the power.

But before that, check all the internal COMSOL variables and check the doc to understand them, many things are already there.

note that in frequency sweep (harmonic development) some results might be RMS values, check their equations or the doc accordingly

Good luck
