Deformation of a blood cell

Hi all,

I am working on microfluidics and I am unable to understand how to make the following model in COMSOL. It is basically a cell moving through a microchannel and I want to capture its deformation and shear rate. It would be of a great help if you could help me with regard to the same. Thank you for your time and consideration
