Model fail to converge

I kindly neeed your help in this regard. I am trying to simulate the quadruple electrodes using laminar flow and electrostatics but I face convergence issues.

In Electrostatics: There was an error message from the linear solver. Maximum number of intermediate iterations reached. In Velocity u, Pressure p: There was an error message from the linear solver. Maximum number of intermediate iterations reached.
