Dear pengcheng dou,
Currently, we do not have an example available that shows how you can combine phase field damage with thermal effects. We are planning on providing an example model on this topic, however.
For now, you may refer to this tutorial on phase field modeling of damage in solids: Brittle Fracture of a Holed Plate. It uses the Damage subnode instead of the Phase Field Damage multiphysics coupling, but many settings are similar.
