Hi, Good morning every one,

Could you please suggest which of the versions of COMSOL Multiphyiscs (old or latest) have suitable module which can be used for the simulation of mid-infra-red metamaterials of size in microns?

In general, you are better off using the latest version of Comsol Multiphysics. You can learn more about the capabilities of individual modules at: https://www.comsol.com/products and https://www.comsol.com/products/specifications/ .
