nanoparticles deposite on a nanopillar

i want to simulate microsphere that Titandioxid nanoparticle deposite on a vertical Silicon-nanopillar,but nanoparticle is not stuck to surface of nanopillar when it is in resonance with nanopillar ,does anyone know:how is nanoparticle fixed on nanopillar in Resonance ?
