Mass transfer in solid-liquid

Hi everyone. Im trying to simulate crystallization phenamena. So I need to use solid liquid equilibrium in order to transfer one component (with higher melting point) to the solid phase during decreasing temperature. I have the exprimental data of T-x diagram of the system. How can I use these exprimental data to solve the mass transfer of the crystallization?
