radiation in solids

i need to apply radiation as input for my model.. i used thermal stress physics. The radiation energy must be converted in terms of W/m3. I dont know how to convert. Please help.

I am not sure I understand you correctly. You can apply a radiation boundary condition on the surfaces of a solid either as surface-to-ambient radiation or surface-to-surface radiation.
