Hydro-thermo-mechanical simulation of ice

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I have seen an example on ice melting using heat transfer physics however I need to take this further to simulate the degradation in the mechanical properties of ice including the ice stiffness and strength.

the matrix at some stage of the melting will contain ice as well as melted water.

Has anyone done something similar or/and can shed some information?

thanks
