Friction stir welding of dissimilar materials

We want to do the numerical analysis of Friction Stir Welding of dissimilar materials for the given input process parameters like welding speed, tool rotational speed and axial force applied on the interface between workpiece and the tool. We need to determine the temperature distribution, residual stresses and the mechanical properties of the welded joint. In this regard we seek your help to reach the above mentioned outcomes for our problem. thank you
