Biological sample Design

Hi
When i am trying to design a 6 layered biological sample with different tissues as materials(skin,fat,muscle...etc) at the time of getting thermal profile at particular point then i am getting the bellow error. i am attaching the error in jpg file below.can any please help me in this case.if you have solution please mail me srinivas.bharadwaja@gmail.com
