Topology Optimization: Magnetic Field 3D Coils

Hello,

I tried to apply topology optimization to magnetic fields in 3D in specific working with coils. I found problems in the study using the combination of Coil Geometry analysis and topology optimization. Do you know some hints that I should consider to simulate topology optimization in 3D for magnetics fields for coils?.

This sounds like a problem you might want to reconsider. If the coil is made up of 'islands' as the optimization is running, how will comsol be able to calculate eg currents?
