Error Parsing File: Importing Geometry STL file into COMSOL

so I have a vtk file that can be opened using paraview. However, when I convert it into STL in paraview and then import it into COMSOL to apply a study. It seems that there are an error message saying Error Parsing File.

I have several questions; What does this mean?

Is the conversion to STL varies from software to software?

and lastly is there anyone ever try to fix it?
