Measurements of conductivity in graphene

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi all,
I'm studying the conductivity of a graphene-based device depending on the gate voltage applied on it. The thing is, to perform the simulation, Comsol requires a value for the conductivity, which is precisely the thing I want it to calculate.
Any suggestions ?
Thanks by advance.

As far as I know, material library of COMSOL does not provide graphene physical model. You need to calculate it numerically using either simple Drude model or more sophisticated Kubo formulation.

If you treat it as a semiconductor you'd need a carrier mobility, not a conductivity. You should be able to model it as a semiconductor.
