Why I get 3D displacment / defomation in 3D model

Hi,

I genrate a model consist of Fe3O4. Then I applied force to the model. I want to study this model's displacement field/deformation.

I export the data as a text file for u v w components.

I was hoping to get the 3D displacement, but I got 3D displacement/deformation as a 3D surface, not the whole 3D model.

Is there is a way to obtain the displacement of the whole 3d model ( with its deformation, NOT surface)?
