Initial value error

Dear community,

I am trying to replicate a 2D working in 3D and am getting initial value problems. The same physics worked in a simple 2D geometry which I now want to try in a simple 3D slice. The error I get is "Failed to find consistent initial values. Last time step is not converged."

Any help will be appreciated.
