How to model a frequency multiplying waveguide

I want to simulate a rectangular waveguide that becomes smaller along the Z axes. input signal is in frequency 100 GHz I want to measure how much power is transfered to Fout = 2Fin. is that possible? if so, how?

Yotam,

you need some nonlinear material or a nonlinear lumped element (e.g. a diode) in the setup. If this is the case you need to run a time dependent study. Just tapering the waveguide will not produce frequency doubling.
