Laser ablation simulation

Hi, this model I tried to simualte a 100ns 1mJ laser pulse on a silicon wafer. I combined the wafer heat model and ablation model: https://www.comsol.com/blogs/modeling-laser-material-interactions-with-the-beer-lambert-law/ https://www.comsol.com/blogs/modeling-thermal-ablation-for-material-removal/
The wafer heating model worked but when I added the ablation model it cannot find an initial step. Could you help?
