Graphics problem

Hey everyone, I got both comsol 5.5 and 5.2 and i am facing the same problem with both of them. Whenever i define a geometry and i press on "build selected", it does not show up in the graphics section and the graphics section is not responding to any change. if i press on the materials section, my geometry appears, but it does not respond to any mouse click on the boundaries or any zoom in or zoom out. I hope that someone will be able to guide me to a solution for this problem. Thank you

Upgrading your graphics card drivers may solve this problem. If not, then try to switch to software rendering.
If you contact support they can provide you with more ways to diagnose the problem.
