Setting Initial Values for any point in the domain

Hello,
I am trying to model a reaction-diffusion system, where I have two differrent dependent values for two different chemical species. In the geometry, I have a square. I want to assign initial values U=1 and V=0 and at the origin, initial values should be U=1/2 and V=1/4. I tried to put a "point" in the middle of the square, and then assign initial value for origin. However, in initial values I cannot select a point as domain in "Domain Selection". I have no idea how to solve this problem so I wanted to ask this in this forum. I would be appreciated if you have any idea to overcome this problem. Thank you.
