"Failed to find a solution for the initial parameter" Error

Hi I have been getting this error when running my simulation:

Failed to find a solution for the initial parameter. Maximum number of Newton iterations reached. Returned solution is not converged. Not all parameter steps returned.

I have tried increasing the number of iterations but it seems that its stopping at 12-14% progress for computing the simulation. I'm not too sure what may be causing this?

Attached is my simulation for reference
