Atmospheric Corrosion using Shell Current Distribution - Insulation Boundary

Is there a way to prevent current distribution through a shell electrolyte? For example, in the busbar example model the aluminum and copper terminal boundaries are connected to ground and current sources, respectively. In a working system these surfaces would not be exposed to atmosphere, therefore, they would not be covered by an electrolyte. Is there are way to designate these electrolyte boundaries as non-conductive? On other words, removing them from the current distribution solver? I have tried setting the conductivity to zero, but I get an error. Setting the conductivity to exceedly low values just causes large potential drops.
