Model heating from thermal stress (over period of time )

Hi there,
Getting to grips with COMSOL and slowly climbing the learning curve. Looking for help with making a study to simulate running a gyroscope for a period of time. The study i hope to do is see how much the model heats up (when vibrating at a pereviously calculated eigen-mode) due to thermal stress from the ossilations.
Some context would be that the gyro is forced to osilate using electrodes, (not yet modeled) but ofcource due to damping/ friction the ossilations will die out so the electrodes are "pumping power" in to it to keep it ossilating at that frequency and it must be losing some of that power as heat within the structure.
So if I could run a time dependant study that ossilates the structure at the calculated eigan-frequency and calculates how much heat builds up in the stucture over time.
