running Comsol under batch mode

Hi, every one.

Could you help me on runing Comsol under batch mode on HPC?

I submitted transient Comsol jobs to HPC, but they are not finished by the end of the walltime. I specified time when the solver saved the output data. Since the job is not finished, the output file is not updated, so I did not get any data.

What should I do to solve the problem? Do I need to modify the submission command?

The command I used is:

comsol -ckl batch -inputfile project_case1.mph -outputfile project_case1_saved.mph
