Cyclic simulation

Hello, I'm simulating a batch reactor that runs cyclically. In the reactor there is biomass that remains in the reactor and liquid that enters and exits with each cycle. I wrote a system of mass balance equations for the biomass and liquid. Is it possible to set up a system of equations in which some work in cyclic mode and others not?
