I have implemented linear elastic model using the mathematics interface. The stationary analyses results are similar (if not equal in values) to that attained with the solid mechanics module. But, when evaluating the transient implementation, I found that the prescribed displacement condition in the solid mechanics interface helped get far better results than what I implemented using the mathematics based interface.
So, my question: how to correctly implement the "prescribed displacement" BC using the mathematics based interface in a transient analysis?
