Thermal contact resistance problem.

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

I am working with transient heat transfer in solids module.

There are two rectangular boxes and they are contacted.

I am trying to add thermal contact resistance(TCR) at their contact interface.

I have 2 questions.

1. How can I add TCR at the contact boundary? It is unable to add boundary condition at contact surface.

2. If 1 is solved, how can I treat thermal contact conductance coefficient, 'h' ?

Thanks
