Hello!

How can I set linear potential distribution as a boundary condition of the model?

Best regards, Mikhail

Hi Mikhail,

The COMSOL graphical user interface is interpreted, so it's as easy as typing the mathematical expression you want. Say, you want the potential on that boundary to rise from 1 volt and x=0 to 3 volts at x=1 meter, then just type "1[V]+2[V/m]*x" in the textfield for that boundary condition. That's it.

Best,

Jeff
