Boundary conditions

I am simulating a flow field in an annulus around a circle.
I would like to insert as boundary condition in the external circle the equation:
(1/r)*d(ur,teta)+r*d(uteta/r,r)=0 (for r = external radius of the annulus)
where r and teta are the cylindrical coordinate (that I have already inserted) and ur and uteta are the velocity component along r and teta.
Is it possible to implement an equation as boundary conditions (in the laminar flow module)?
Thanks a lot,
Francesca
