[FSI] doesn't work in "FSI" with the same model simulated using turbulent flow.

Hi,
My model is a constrained structure in the fluid field. I have finished to study flow behavior using turbulent flow, the structure was regarded as a wall and it worked well.
After that, I want to see if the structure is not fixed but only attached on the floor, so I used FSI module instead of turbulent flow. My aim is to see how much moments and forces will be exert to the structure
Since it is steel structure and it would not be deformed so I switched structural transient behavior to "Quasi-static".
And I tried "incompressible material", variable velocities, and so on so forth..but It does not work yet.
Do I need another setup for FSI module? I followed tutorial examples but It was totally different case.
I do not have mess problem at this time. so how can i see the force and moment on the structure?
P.S. I also tried adding solid mechanics physics to turbulent one, it didnt work either..
Thanks in advance.
