Remeshing failure error

Hello,

I am working a two-phase fluid dynamics simulation with remeshing to track the phase boundary.
Part way through the simulation, I get the following error:

Failure to build feature "Free Triangular 1" in sequence "Mesh 1"
Internal error in mesh initialization
-Feature: Time-Dependent Solver 1 (sol1/t1)
-Error: Internal error in mesh initialization

I am looking for suggestions on how to resolve this error. Anyone?
