3D BAW resonators

I'm a Phd studen, in my researchs i use comsol for the 3D modelisation of BAW resonators, i model my structure but when i run the model i have some errors, i need to have the steps for modeling the 3D BAW resonator (electrod-piezo layer-electrod-substrate), with meshing, boundary conditions, excitation..,in a video or a tutorial. I would be very grateful if you could help me please!
