Study error : NaN or Inf found when solving linear system using SOR.

Hello,

I am trying to calculate the electric field distribution on a nanocube when illuminated by a background electric field. I used 'Elecrtromagnetic Waves, Frequency Domain'. I used the scatteing field condition. However, when I run the study, I get the eroor:NaN or Inf found when solving linear system using SOR. Can anybody tell me what might be causing this?

Good on you for posting your file, without which it is impossible to say anything.

However you have posted a 1 kb .lock file, not the .mph file.

Try posting again after clearing the solution.
