time dependent fluid flow

Hi

A strand of fluid is grabbed by both ends and pulled with a constant force resulting in a constant strain rate

(proportional to the force and to the viscosity)

I'd be grateful for advice on how to model this (using Laminar flow and Moving mesh?)
