Hello,
I am trying to simulate electrostatically actuated cantilever example from applecation library of MEMES module. But after compution receiving following error.
- Feature: Stationary Solver 1 (sol1/s1) Undefined value found.
- Detail: Undefined value found in the equation residual vector. There are 7587 degrees of freedom giving NaN/Inf in the vector for the variable comp1.spatial.u. at coordinates: (0,0,0), (1e-05,0,0), (2e-05,0,0), (0,0,5e-07), (0,0,1e-06), ... There are 7587 degrees of freedom giving NaN/Inf in the vector for the variable comp1.spatial.v. at coordinates: (0,0,0), (1e-05,0,0), (2e-05,0,0), (0,0,5e-07), (0,0,1e-06), ... There are 7587 degrees of freedom giving NaN/Inf in the vector for the variable comp1.spatial.w. at coordinates: (0,0,0), (1e-05,0,0), (2e-05,0,0), (0,0,5e-07), (0,0,1e-06), ...
I followed the instruction given in PDF attached
