I was trying to start with 0D model using Reaction Engineering. This seems to to a very good job of modeling the reaction and allows the import of Chemkin data. However when synchronizing with a 2D model it gets confusing. I am trying to define the material properties of the flow as a function of the concentration and temperature. Each module asks for the same information and it is hard to understand where to define it. Is there a way to input the properties for each species and have comsol determine the concentration averaged properties of the flow. Also i can't figure out whether i should use dilute or concentrated species transport.
