Sweat Duct Modelling COMSOL

Hello,

I am trying to model an eccrine sweat duct on COMSOL. The model must have a source of water with NaCl concentration and an outflow through the pore to the skin.

There must be reabsorption of water and Na+ ions along the walls of the duct.

Any ideas on how to proceed?
