Meshing warnings while meshing the design in heat transfer module

Mesh warning (ftet1): Edge is much shorter than the specified minimum element size. Mesh warning (ftet1): Domain has a region that is much thinner than the specified minimum element size. Mesh warning (ftet1): Generated some elements of low quality (0.007821).

i would like to overcome all these meshe warnings so that my design would be better. please help me in this regard.
