Air-filled Cavity in Cable Insulation

I have made a simple cable and insulation with a circular air-filled cavity in the insulation.
When I perform the stationary study, the electric field through the cavity remains the same, regardless of its diameter, which is not accurate.
How can I implement a formula to the void specifically, such that the electric field through the void also depends on the size of the void?
