dc/dt-Dd2c/dx2=0
Geometry is 1d, and boundary condition is:
N=N0, at x=0 (N is inward flux)
c=c0, at x=L
I know the experimental data tells me c_measure(x) at annealing time of t=t0, I do not know diffusion profile at other time. Now I would like to find the N0, such that the solution of the above PDE at t=t0 matches the experimental observation.
How should I set up the optimization problem? Thanks a lot!
