COMSOL command

Hi

There is this 'Elcurlconstr' command in COMSOL 3.5. which is responsible for the purpose 'Define constraints compatible with first order vector elements'.

I am using COMSOL 4.2, and I want to define constraints compatible with the first order vector elements for some purpose. But the command 'Elcurlconstr' is no more available in 4.2 version.
I searched for the corresponding command in the reference guide of the new version but could not succeed. Can anyone tell me how to define constraints compatible with the first order vector elements in COMSOL 4.2.

I would be very grateful.
