Error in Heat Transfer Solution

I've successfully run this simulation with a distributed boundary heat source. I've also run this successfully with concentrated heat sources in v4.0. Now, I've upgraded to v4.2, and have an error occurring in my solution. I'm not entirely sure what is the error. I've attached my model if anyone might have time to have a look.
