How to create such a mesh?

Hello World.

I'm struggeling creating a mesh like the one in the attachment.
In version 3.5a I used edge element distribution but in the new version I failed.
COMSOL states: "There is no feature using these settings." when entering any distribution settings.

Any ideas? Do you need any more information?

For everyone who is interessted in the soultion to this problem.
I forgot to specify a type of mesh (mappe, free) and so there was no feature (in this case the mesh type) using a distribution.
