hii i am using COMSOL software for modeling 1 D dbd plasma. ........................ i want to add nitrogen and oxygen cross section in my model. as plasma is at atmospheric pressure. comsol only have built in Ar_xsecs.txt file can anyone provide me the txt files of nitrogen and oxygen gas.
