2d axisymmetry to get the Total Harmonic Distortion of a speaker

Hello to all,

I have solved for 2d axisymmetry to get the Total Harmonic Distortion of a speaker {Can refer pdf of Transient Analysis of Loudspeaker Driver}. But if I want to find the same for a 3D design then how am I going to deal with it. I need some material or guidance for reference. Kindly, guide me for the same.
