The time dependent solver continue to simulate even after simulations are done?

I encountered this issue when i simulate for 0 to 168s, the comsol solves the model and again it continues to solve from 0s. I even tried to check for solving 0-1s the issue is similar. The model is used is the interlinked with matlab, defined some boundary conditions in matlab(It is not livelink). Does this causes any issues? Please do suggests some input to over come this issue.
